Goods storage locations are necessary for more convenient tracking of goods in several warehouses or several storage locations within the same warehouse. To configure address storage, go to the “Warehouse” – “Storage places” block in the left side menu.
If there are no storage locations, click the “Add warehouse” button and create a new warehouse.
To create a warehouse, enter its name and, if necessary, add the required number of storage spaces. After filling in, click the “Save” button.
After creating a warehouse, you will get to a page with a table where all your warehouses and storage places are displayed. Here you can find the necessary storage place through the search or use the filter by warehouses. To edit the warehouse, click the pencil on the right side of the table.
Deleting a warehouse or storage location is impossible if goods are stored there. If you want to delete a storage location, move all goods from it to another location, perform a write-off or sell them. Then select the storage location you want to delete and click the “Trash” button. Removal will happen after final confirmation.
