Warehouse. Customization of goods

To go to the warehouse, click Warehouse in the left side menu. The warehouse helps to organize all the information about the available goods clearly, to see the current balances and storage locations.

The warehouse menu includes the following:

Warehouse of goods;
Expected goods;
Customization of goods;
Storage places;
Sets of goods;
Irreducible remainder and Reports.

To start working with the warehouse, go to the Goods settings section.

With administrator, super-administrator, or spare parts manager access, you can add and edit positions with which your company works.
After creating the product, it will be enough to enter one of its main parameters: name, article number, or barcode to add it to the warehouse receipt or create an internal purchase order.

To add a product to the catalog, click the “Add commodity position” button and fill in the fields:

Product type;
Name;
Part code;
Manufacturer;
Category;
Bar code;
Sale price;
Units of measurement;
Comment.

The fields Name and Article are mandatory. Other fields are filled in as needed.

When adding tires and wheels, additional parameter fields appear, necessary for their correct accounting.

After filling in the data, click the “Save” button.

After adding, the added products are formed into a table.

Using the filter, you can find products by category, size, manufacturer, or through search.

If necessary, you can edit information about products after adding them. To do this, click on the pencil pic on the right side of the product table.
After changing the data, click the “Save” button.

If you want to remove spare parts from the list, select the necessary positions and click the “Delete” button in the upper right corner.

Accidental product removal is impossible, as you must confirm the action.

It is impossible to delete goods on the balance sheet. They can be deleted only after writing off or selling the balances.

Use import to add products to the system quickly. To do this, click the “Import” button in the upper right corner and download the Excel table template for import. Fill in the relevant columns of the table with product parameters and the already filled table, and upload it to FixIQ Pro.

To export goods, click the “Export” button in the upper right corner. You will receive a message when the download is complete.

All products removed from the catalog are stored in the Archive section.
To go to the archive, select the “Warehouse” – “Product settings” – “Archive” block in the left side menu.
If the product from the archive reappears in the warehouse, you need to select a position and click the “Restore” button in the upper right corner.

You can find products in the archive through search and filters by “Manufacturer” and “Category” of products.
